Muddy Mayhem
Tough Mudder is one of the world’s most popular obstacle course challenges, designed to test strength, stamina, determination and teamwork. Unlike a traditional race, the focus isn’t on finishing first – it’s about working together to overcome a series of muddy, physical and mental challenges.
Participants tackle a course packed with obstacles such as climbing walls, crawling through mud, carrying heavy objects, navigating water hazards and conquering challenging terrains. Events are available in different distances, including 5K and 15K courses, making them accessible to people of varying fitness levels.
Fundraising for One Fylde
This year, a team of One Fylde fundraisers will be taking on the Yorkshire Tough Mudder in support of our charity. They’ll face mud, obstacles and plenty of challenges along the way, all while raising vital funds to help us continue supporting people with learning disabilities and autism across the Fylde Coast.
