Whether it is supporting people into employment, helping individuals develop new skills and confidence, creating volunteering opportunities, or delivering high-quality support services, this award reflects the impact we make together every single day.

Receiving this award was a proud moment for everyone connected to One Fylde and gave us the opportunity to celebrate not only our achievements, but also the many success stories of the people we support. Their determination, ambition and accomplishments continue to inspire us and drive everything we do.
We would like to thank the BIBAs judges for recognising our work and believing in our vision. We would also like to congratulate all of the finalists and winners celebrated on the evening. Lancashire is home to so many outstanding organisations, and we are honoured to be recognised alongside them.
This recognition is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our colleagues, the people we support, our volunteers and everyone who is part of the One Fylde community. Every day, together, we create opportunities, champion inclusion and make a real difference in the lives of others.
