Person-Centred Care
Our person-centred care puts you and your choices first. We know that working with us is an important decision, so One Fylde always makes sure you’re matched up with the right people – people you can get along with and who can help you do all the things you want to do.
We will first match you with your own specially-assigned support co-ordinator. Then, together, we will develop your own bespoke support and care plan, with regular reviews to help you stay on track with your goals.

One Fylde provides a wide variety of groups and social events around the Fylde Coast and Wyre area. From rambling and gardening to snooker, jazz dance, and our own in-house radio station, there are activities to suit every interest – with new events being added to our programme all the time.
Workplace Opportunities
One Fylde is a great place to learn valuable work skills. We have a number of excellent work training activities, including our recycling and gardening teams. Make new friends and develop your social skills, whilst getting out and about and helping the community.
