Football
The football tournament was set to kick off at 11am, so the team of individuals we support, coached by staff member Adam Jacques, took to the pitch for some passing and shooting practice before the matches began. They started off slowly and lost their first game, but once they warmed up, the goals started to flow quickly, with Kieran Walsh and Nathan Aspin forming a brilliant partnership in attack! One Fylde went on to win their next two matches, marking a significant achievement for the team. We are incredibly proud of everyone involved.
Bowling
Whilst the football was being played outside, the bowling team were preparing for their games against other local organisations. The People we Support played amazing and they all worked their socks off.
As the games came to a close, all the People we Support received medals for their hard work and dedication to the Pan-Disability Games. We are so proud of them all!
